Prerana NGO Solapur works with 75 senior citizens, providing them with food, clothing, medical care and entertainment programmes. A total of 25 senior citizens need daily help or supplies (they are alone, widowed, poor and separated from their families). The NGO therefore provides them with daily assistance in the form of monthly dry food supplies. This enables them to prepare their own meals or seek help.
