Yesterday, Pramila and her team visited a new area. Forty children live there who have never seen a school, let alone attended one. Their parents are away all day and the children go to work.
Pramila had the children examined. Two children were diagnosed with HIV.
Since yesterday, these children have been cared for by the Prerana team. Today, we will give the children gifts that we received from Ms Jacqueline Rau, among others. The women and girls were also shown how to use hygiene products.
In addition, we are donating 40 school bags and school supplies, as well as clothing and gifts.
